These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with online sales of products offered by VISIONVERS. Any order placed on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Products offered for sale are presented with the greatest possible care. Photographs, visuals, and descriptions are provided for guidance only. Slight differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on customers’ screens. VISIONVERS reserves the right to change its catalogue at any time.
Prices are shown in euros (€), excluding tax (HT); VAT is not applicable. Shipping costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed. VISIONVERS reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed.
Every order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order becomes final once payment has been validated. An order confirmation email is sent after validation. VISIONVERS reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with a customer or suspected fraud.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website at checkout: bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and any other method offered by the payment platform. Transactions are secured by approved payment providers. VISIONVERS never has access to customers’ banking information.
Orders are prepared and dispatched as promptly as possible. Estimated delivery times: France, 2 to 5 business days; Europe, 3 to 10 business days. These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier constraints. VISIONVERS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Customers must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery. Any issue must be reported as soon as possible to contact@visionvers.com.
In accordance with applicable law, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with their original packaging. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error by VISIONVERS.
After the returned product is received and inspected, any refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days using the payment method used for the order. VISIONVERS reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use or damage, or is missing its label or original packaging.
If a product has a manufacturing defect or a fulfilment error, the customer must contact VISIONVERS within a reasonable period, providing the order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Products sold benefit from the legal warranties provided under French law: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
VISIONVERS cannot be held responsible for indirect damage related to the use of products sold. VISIONVERS’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
All content on the VISIONVERS website is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes the VISIONVERS logo, visuals, photographs, text, designs, and graphic creations. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Information collected when orders are placed is used only to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service, and meet legal obligations. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action. If no amicable agreement is reached, the competent French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
